Parenting Classes with Positive Discipline

Where: St Matthew’s Primary School, Langley Rd, Surbiton, KT6 6LW When: 14th May 2020 What Time: 7-9pm Who is it for: It is suitable for parents, grandparents, childcare providers including nannies, babysitters and au-pairs who want an in-depth experience in working with their children. Which age group; 4-10.

What is it about: Learning long-term parenting skills that will encourage children to think for themselves, become more responsible and have a greater respect for themselves and others.

Why: Because how we interact with our children now will influence them for the rest of their lives.

PARENTING CLASSES :

Parenting, the combination of strategies you use to raise your children effects everything from how your children feel about themselves to how well they perform in school. How we interact with our children will influence them for the rest of their lives.

Teach your children important social and life skills with our parenting program of encouragement and mutual respect for every life stage.

Classes are open to Parents, Grandparents, Nannies and Caregivers to children of all ages. They are designed to deepen understanding of the cause of their child’s behaviour including the part they play in it.

Learn to work with young children with confidence and joy. Experiential classes designed for Parents, Child minders, but mainly for Nursery Teachers, Administrators, and anyone who works with babies, toddlers and young children aged from birth to 4years old.

In the last 30 years researchers have fully explored just how much young babies are able to do. They can express a range of emotions, communicate with adults in quite sophisticated ways, and play a full part in family life.
